Welfix Returns Policy

We hope you won't need to return goods, however, if you do, it is our aim to make the process as simple and easy as possible.

This policy has been put together to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty.

For items within 14 days of receipt of the goods

You may return any goods purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods for a refund (excluding any orders that are ‘special orders’ – nonstock goods, or custom made to measure orders).

The goods must be returned to us complete and in the original condition; (goods should be unused, in a saleable condition, with original packaging and with all component parts and including any promotional items received with the purchase).

Please complete the below returns form and include it with any goods you wish to return, along with a copy of the delivery note/invoice.

Standard Stocked Products

The majority of products sold on our website we class as standard stock items and a full credit to the value of the goods will be issued, less any carriage costs.

The goods must be returned to us complete and in the original condition and at your cost. Once the returned goods have been received by us a credit will be issued. If we have arranged a courier to collect your returned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present when the courier arrives as we are unable to specify a collection time.

Non-Stocked Products

There are a small number of products sold on our website that we will only get in to order. If you wish to return any of these products an additional handling/re-stocking charge may be applied.
This will vary according to supplier terms and carriage charges.

Again, the goods must be returned to us complete and in the original condition and at your cost. Once the returned goods have been received by us a credit will be issued. If we have arranged a courier to collect your returned goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present when the courier arrives as we are unable to specify a collection time.

How to return

  1. In Store – Return the goods to us in store with your completed returns form and a copy of the related delivery note/invoice
  2. Customer Return - Post the goods back to us using the returns address at the bottom of this page and with your completed returns form and a copy of the related delivery note/invoice. Please use a courier or a ‘signed for’ posting service. Goods posted back to us with no proof of postage/delivery may not be refunded*
  3. Courier Collection – We can arrange for a courier to collect from you at a convenient time & location, and return the goods to us.  Please package the goods with the completed returns form and a copy of the related delivery note/invoice in the parcel.  There will be a charge for this service of at least £15.  Please call us on 01743 344 766, or email sales@welfix.co.uk for more details or if you would like to arrange a courier collection.

 

For faulty goods

If you have purchased the goods less than 30 days ago, please return the item along with the completed returns form and a copy of the delivery note/invoice to our address below (Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received).

We will then either refund the item or replace the item with the same or equivalent model, as per your request**.

If you purchased the goods more than 30 days ago and the item is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but you may first want to contact the manufacturer to see if they offer a repair service, as this may be a faster option. If you prefer you can return the item to us and we will repair the item, or if this is not possible we will offer you a replacement of the same or equivalent model.
