  • A17524 - HEAVY DUST BOOT ALLSAW - Heavy Dust Boot connects to the ALLSAW urrounding the blades and creating a vacuum to help capture more dust.
  • A17080 VACUUM ADAPTOR* - ALLSAW Vacuum adaptor, enables the saw to be connected to most dust extraction units on the market today. Optional Extra
  • A17020 DUST EXTRACTION FUNNEL* - ALLSAW Dust extraction funnel, for use when connecting the saw to a dust extraction unit. THIS IS NOT A SAFETY GUARD and should be removed when dust extraction is not needed. Optional Extra

Delivery Information

As an industrial wholesaler, we offer a wide range of products that vary in size from small to large. To maintain competitive pricing without unnecessary overcharges, we have established a shipping structure based on each product's size, weight, and transportability. This approach ensures that we provide the most cost-effective shipping method possible.

All delivery charges are included and clearly displayed in the shopping basket when using the shipping estimator and on the checkout page, both before and during payment. Please note that these delivery charges apply to the Mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Islands and Highlands.

We take pride in our quick and reliable delivery service, making every effort to ensure that deliveries are timely and exceed expectations. While we strive to minimise any delays, factors beyond our control—such as issues with manufacturers or suppliers—may occasionally arise. Therefore, we advise against scheduling tradespeople or relying on the timely supply of materials for any jobs. If a delivery cannot be made within the stated timeline on the product page, we will notify you via email or phone to keep you informed at all times.

Delivery Methods

Collection

You can collect all orders from our trade counter at 192 Monkmoor Road, Shrewsbury, SY2 5BH. The counter is open from 7 AM to 5 PM and offers on-site parking. Collection orders are usually ready within 60 minutes of being placed, provided that all items are in stock at the time of ordering.

 

Van & Courier Network

To receive Next Business Day Delivery, please place your order by noon, Monday to Friday. Our next-day delivery service typically arrives by 5:00 PM on the following business day.

We conduct deliveries primarily using our transport within designated delivery zones. We offer free delivery within our Shrewsbury Zone 1 and local deliveries within a 60-minute drive of SY2 5BH (Delivery Zone 2). You can view the local delivery zones using the provided Google Maps link.

Please note that a surcharge may apply for items classified as "big and bulky." Our fleet allows us to provide standard next-day delivery services. This service is free for orders within the Shrewsbury area or over £75 plus VAT.

The Courier Network

For deliveries to addresses outside our local delivery zones, we will utilise a courier network that offers a standard next-day delivery service.

Delivery Costs

Please add all your items to your shopping cart to obtain the most accurate delivery costs. Then, visit the cart page and enter your desired delivery postcode. This will calculate the exact delivery prices for your order and provide you with the best available options.

 

Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, some items may be out of stock when you order. Once the items are back in stock, we will dispatch them immediately. The website provides expected delivery lead times in such cases. WELFIX will email you after placing your order to inform you of the expected lead time for any out-of-stock products.

If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items, WELFIX can send you the available items right away. When completing your order, please include the following in the customer comments: "Please send what you have in stock." Those items will be delivered to you on the next working day.

 

Delivery Acceptance

Please make sure to be on-site to receive your deliveries. All deliveries require a signature and an assessment of the condition of the goods. Do not sign for items marked as received in 'good condition' if they show visible signs of damage or have not been checked.

 

If you notice any damage to the delivery, please notify us immediately at 01743 344 766 or email us at sales@welfix.co.uk. Once the delivery is signed for, any damages become your responsibility, and we may not be able to pursue a claim with the haulage or courier company.
